Customer Portal First Time Registration

1.From MAXIM’s website,https://www.maximcc.com, click on Customer Login at the top or go to https://www.leaseworksprod1.com/maximcs/custlogin.aspx

2.Click "Register Now”

3.Complete the short form.

• Contract Number can be found on your monthly invoice. It is always 8 digits long.
• Company Name should be entered exactly as it shows on your contract agreement or invoice, including any punctuation.
• Username: 6 to 15 letters and/or numbers. Must have 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter. Special characters are not allowed (e.g. #,@,/)
• Email Address: Enter valid email address. This is where emails to reset your password will be sent.
• Enter Valid Cell Phone Number (optional)
• Password: Minimum of 8 characters. Please use a mix of letters and numbers to make it secure, special characters are not allowed. Passwords are case sensitive.
• Challenge phrase: Enter a question for which only you will know the correct answer. This question will be asked when you want to reset your password or make changes to your contact information from the customer portal.

4.Click Submit.

As long as the contract number and company name you entered matches exactly with our records, you will have access to ALL your contracts. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
